PURPOSE: A de-oiling apparatus capable of effectively removing oil using hot air is provided to reduce the amount of fat contained in fried food materials. CONSTITUTION: A de-oiling apparatus capable of effectively removing oil using hot air comprises the following: an air knife(111) with an outlet(111a) installed to face food materials transferred by a conveyor; a blower(112) for supplying air to the air knife; a heater unit(113) for heating the air; a cover body(114) which is connected to the air knife; an oil separation unit(12) for collecting the air containing oil separated from the food and separating the oil from the air; a vent fan(121) which is connected to the cover body, for sucking the sprayed air; and a cyclone(122) for separating the oil from the air discharged from the vent fan.
