<p>PURPOSE: A producing method of biofuel using butyric acid and butyl aldehyde induced from butyric acid is provided to reduce the oxygen-to-carbon ratio and improve the hydrogen-to-carbon ratio of a compound to improve energy capacity. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of biofuel using butyric acid and butyl aldehyde induced from butyric acid comprises the following steps: hydrogenating butyric acid under the presence of hydrogen and a metal carrier catalyst to obtain butyl aldehyde; consecutively ketonization-reacting, hydrogenating, and isomerization reacting butyric acid under the presence of hydrogen and a metal carrier catalyst; and consecutively reacting the butyl aldehyde under the presence of hydrogen and a metal carrier catalyst.
