The device has a removable and rigid satchel that is divided into three compartments, where two of the compartments are provided with a retractable suspending rod. The rod is intended to maintain a surfing board, vertically. The satchel is fixed at three points on three parts such as a saddle tube (X), a left attachment bracket (b2) and a right attachment bracket, of a bicycle. A thermoformed slide accommodates a removable drawer for closing and sealing the satchel. The satchel is made of 100 percent thermoformed plastic by injection process.
