METHOD, SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR OBTAINING COMMENT INFORMATION WHEN TERMINAL USERS ARE WATCHING PROGRAMS

A method, system and device for obtaining comment information when terminal users are watching programs are provided, which belong to the technical field of Internet Protocol Television (IPTV). The method comprises: obtaining, by a comment function entity, comment contents on IPTV programs and relevant information corresponding to the comment contents, which are sent by the terminal users; and sending the relevant information corresponding to the comment contents to a metadata control function entity, thus enabling the terminal users, who request for the IPTV programs, to selectively play the comment contents corresponding to the IPTV programs. In the embodiments of the present invention, users can synchronously record audio-video contents as the comment information on the programs and upload the comment contents to a network side when the users are watching the programs, so that other friends can synchronously watch or listen the corresponding comment contents when watching the programs later. The present invention solves the problem that the IPTV system can not upload the comment information in the prior art, and introduces a new service for the IPTV system.
