PURPOSE: A collision avoidance system by a vehicle sensor is provided to inform drivers or pedestrians about the existence of vehicle in advance by installing a light emitting body at the inconsistency spot of vehicle and pedestrian or dead space of roads. CONSTITUTION: A collision avoidance system by a vehicle sensor includes a vehicle sensor(110) and a control unit(130). The vehicle sensor recognizes the headlight of vehicle entering into one of the intersections in the night time. The vehicle sensor is installed inside a light-emitting body(100). The vehicle sensor delivers a check signal to the control unit after recognizing the headlight of the vehicle. The control unit flickers LED lamps(120) according to the control unit. By flicking the LED lamps, the vehicles located in the other direction access and pedestrians can recognize the entry of a vehicle in advance.
