<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device communicable with a contribution image evaluation apparatus in which an evaluated image can be appreciated efficiently and comments on the image can be referenced, and the contribution image evaluation apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An image display device is communicable with a contribution image evaluation apparatus in which a plurality of comments on a published image are received, image related nouns included in the plurality of comments and words for modifying the image related nouns are extracted, contents of the plurality of comments are analyzed from a relationship between the image related nouns and the words for modifying the image related nouns, and a priority of the published image is determined from the analyzed comments.
