<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively inhibit vibration of an upper part of a lower back panel in a vehicle longitudinal direction. <P>SOLUTION: A bead 124 is formed from a part where a joint flange 132B is joined on the downside of a lower back reinforcement 130 constituting a closed cross section 135, obliquely downward inside of a vehicle width direction, and thereby the rigidity of the lower back panel 120 is effectively improved.
