This distribution analysis device analyzes the distribution of a field having properties satisfying the Laplace equation. The distribution analysis device is provided with: an acquisition unit (11) that acquires measurement data indicating the distribution measured through a sensor sensitivity area, the sensor sensitivity area being an area that moves in a measurement area for which the field distribution is measured, and also an area in which the field is summed and sensed in said area; and a calculation unit (12) that calculates analysis data indicating the field distribution at a higher resolution than the measurement data, using an arithmetic expression obtained by deriving a solution to the Laplace equation using as a boundary condition the conformance of an integral of the solution of the Laplace equation in a finite section corresponding to the size of the sensor sensitivity area to the measurement data. |
