<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water gel e.g. in the form of flakes, improved in defects such as malodor, discoloration, hydration, etc., associated with conventional water gel. <P>SOLUTION: The water gel 1 incudes an alkali solution and approximately 10 to 20% content of monomers such as acrylic acid, an acrylate, acrylamide, etc., added to the alkaline solution as raw materials, and is prepared eg. as the flakes by pH value adjustment, the addition of a crosslinking agent, photoprimer and photosensitizer, and the formation by photocrosslinking with 320 to 400 nm wavelength UV light-photocuring treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
