PURPOSE: An exhaust duct for fixed type ventilating system, capable of convenient treatment of condensation, is provided to improve the assemblity of a wall member and to reinforce an assembly structure. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust duct for fixed type ventilating system comprises four wall members(21), four vertical members(22), and a connecting member(23). A protrusion(212) is formed on both ends of the wall member. A feeder groove(221) is formed on a recess of the vertical member. The insertion hole is formed in the inner curved surface of the vertical member. The connecting member maintains the assembly state of wall members by connecting one ends of wall members each other.
