<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device for a sheet-like base material that improves the efficiency of drying and stability of base material conveyance. <P>SOLUTION: The drying device 1 for the sheet-like base material includes: a plurality of nozzles 2 that are substantially columnar members, have outlets 3 and inlets 4 of air, and are located in a conveyance direction at intervals; a chamber 5 that has a supporting surface 6 in which the plurality of nozzles 2 are supported from an inlet 4 side and supplies air to the plurality of nozzles 2 via the inlet 4 while supplying the plurality of nozzles 2 on the supporting surface 6; a dry room 7 that accommodates the plurality of nozzles 2 and the chamber 5, has an entrance 11 and an exit 12 for allowing conveyance of an electrode sheet 50, and has an exhaust port 13 for air blown out from the nozzles 2; an air supply room 8 that is provided to the dry room 7 via a partition wall 14, communicates with the chamber 5 via an entrance opening 10 of the chamber 5, and has a supply port of air; and a circulation fan 9 that inhales air in the dry room 7 and sends the inhaled air into the air supply room 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
