<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator for a wide range of frequencies by using a single IC. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric oscillator comprises: a piezoelectric resonator; an oscillation circuit; a constant current circuit; and a memory circuit. The oscillation circuit comprises a first variable resistance circuit for determining collector potential between a collector and a base of a transistor. The constant current circuit comprises a plurality of current mirror circuits, and a second variable resistance circuit is connected to a transistor element of the current mirror circuit relating to output current. An output portion of the memory circuit is connected to the first variable resistance circuit of the oscillation circuit and the second variable resistance circuit of the constant current circuit by signal lines. The piezoelectric oscillator controls the output current of the constant current circuit and controls the collector potential of the transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
