<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling type immersion treatment apparatus allowed to be applied as means which while conveying a vehicle body, forward rotates the vehicle body into a treatment liquid to perform immersion treatment in a coating system of a vehicle body of an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: A traveling speed control device (6) for controlling a traveling speed correspondingly to a rotational angle (θ) of a rotation shaft (4) for forward rotating a vehicle body (W) is mounted on a traveling body for conveyance (1). The traveling speed control device (6) performs control so as to gradually reduce the forward speed of the traveling body for conveyance (1) from a reference conveyance speed to a vehicle body (W) side reference position (P) separated from the rotation shaft (4) by a fixed distance until the vehicle body (W) is reached from erected posture horizontally located just above the rotation shaft (4) to 90° rotated posture in a forward rotation direction, gradually increase the forward speed of the traveling body for conveyance (1) from the reference conveyance speed until the vehicle body (W) is reached from the 90° rotated posture to 270° rotated posture and gradually reduce the forward speed of the traveling body for conveyance (1) from the reference conveyance speed from the 270° rotated posture up to the original erected posture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
