<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by enlarging an input voltage range relative to an operating voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage control section 12 of a comparison circuit 10 supplies a high potential voltage AVD and a low potential voltage (ground GND) to a first terminal of a capacitor C11 in response to a clock signal CK. A transistor T23 connected to a second terminal of the capacitor C11 turns on/off in response to an inverted clock signal XCK. The transistor T23 set to the same threshold voltage as input transistors T11, T12 becomes inverted in accordance with a voltage at the ground GND and a voltage at a node N21 to stabilize a control voltage VCM (voltage at node N21) supplied to a comparison section 11 at a voltage lower than the ground GND by the threshold voltage of the transistor T23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
