<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shift circuit having a small signal delay and capable of acceleration, and to provide a control circuit and a DC-DC converter. <P>SOLUTION: The level shift circuit includes a differential current generation circuit, and a current subtraction circuit. The differential current generation circuit is connected between a first high potential terminal and a first low potential terminal, and generates a current that changes to a specified value or a current value larger than the specified value and a current that changes to a current value larger than the specified value or the specified value, as a pair of differential currents, according to an input control signal. The current subtraction circuit is connected between a second high potential terminal and a second low potential terminal, and generates a current equal to the difference of the pair of differential currents by receiving the pair of differential currents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
