The system (30) has motor-driven transporting roller (50) which is provided for driving tape. The portion (36a) of tape is deflected in the direction away from transporting roller, when transporting roller is operated between transition point and predefined entry point. The tape is guided at the periphery of transporting roller with respect to S-shaped path. A pressure roller (90) is provided at transition point so that tape is pressed against the elastomeric pressed layer on transporting roller. The tape is turned around at an angle of 40-180[deg] .
