<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery fixing an external terminal member as the external terminal member penetrates an exterior member and projects to the outside which is excellent in sealability in a fixing section between the exterior member and the external terminal member and which can suppress the plastic fluidity to the outside in a lid when the external terminal member is fixed to the exterior member; and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a battery 10, when a burring section 34 is pressed from the outside in the axial direction of the battery 10, a portion of the burring section 34 is plastically deformed in the direction of an external terminal member 40, and because of the pressure generated between the external terminal member 40 and an open hole 33, the external terminal member 40 is fixed to the open hole 33 and by deformation of a recess 32a, plastic deformation of a lid 32 to the outside is absorbed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
