摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform the measurement of a Raman spectrum at a desired portion in a non-destructive way for a long term. <P>SOLUTION: A Raman probe 10 includes: a glass capillary tube 12; a fusion sealing part 14 formed at the distal end of the glass capillary tube 12; an internal metal film 16 formed to cover a portion from the proximal end of the glass capillary tube 12 to a place short of the fusion sealing part 14 within the inner surface of the glass capillary tube 12; a gap 18 formed between the fusion sealing part 14 and the internal metal film 16 within the inner surface of the glass capillary tube 12; and an external metal film 20 formed to cover a portion corresponding to the gap 18 and also not to cover the distal end surface of the fusion sealing part 14 within the outer surface of the glass capillary tube 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
