PURPOSE: A variable driving apparatus is provided to prevent the generation of vibrations by combining both ends of a driving target with a rotary shaft which is arranged on the outside among motors. CONSTITUTION: A pair of first motors(10) provides torque to a rotary shaft(11) by being combined with a driving target. A second motor(20) is placed between the pair of first motors. The second motor rotates a stator(13) of the first motor or a case(12). The first motor and the second motor are serially combined. One of the first motor and the second motor operates the rotary shaft in forward and backward directions. A pair of reducers is placed between the rotary shaft of the pair of first motors and the driving target in order to increase the torque.
