<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin film cartridge, which is releasable certainly and reproducibly, and is manufacturable easily and at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The thin film cartridge includes: a thin film tube 106 that circumferentially encircles at least one chamber 110 or 112; a cover 116 that is separate from the thin film tube 106, closes an axial direction end of the thin film tube 106, and has at least one first opening 118 formed for each chamber 110, 112 to fill a filler in the chamber 110, 112; and a lid that closes the first opening 118. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
