<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help suppress average demand power in a demand time limit below a target value by properly estimating the average demand power in the demand time limit. <P>SOLUTION: A demand power control device comprises: a target value storage part storing a target value which is determined previously; an estimate calculation part calculating an estimate of demand power in a measurement target period, which is a measurement target of an actual value of the demand power, before a moment at which measurement of the actual value starts in the measurement target period; and a power control part which compares the estimate and the target value, and reduces the demand power in the measurement target period according to the difference between the estimate and the target value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
