<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier that facilitates attaching and detaching (exchanging) a water absorption body. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifier 1 includes: the water absorption body 50 which sucks water retained in a water tank (7); heat transfer bodies 52 which transfer heat to the water absorption body; and a heating body 53 which transfers heat to the heat transfer bodies. The heat transfer bodies are disposed on both surfaces of the heating body.
