<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control valve, which has a simple structure, has a low production cost, and can facilitate the adjustment of the degree of opening a valve. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure control valve 21 includes: a valve body 22 having a valve chamber 22a in the main valve body; a valve seat 23 disposed in the valve chamber; and a valve body 24 detachable and attachable for the valve seat, the valve body is provided with a cylindrical part, the valve seat is made of a thin plate and is provided with a cylindrical part which surrounds the circumferential surface of the cylindrical part, while the circumferential surface of the cylindrical part of the valve body and a thin-plate-like cylindrical part are brought into contact with each other, two spaces are divisionally formed in the valve chamber, communication of the spaces is intercepted to get to a closed state and, when a pressure of a fluid in one side space of the two spaces exceeds the prescribed value, the valve seat is elastically deformed and the valve body and the valve seat are separated from each other to get to an open state. The valve seat is constituted with an elastomer and the valve can be opened and closed by utilizing a deformation of the elastomer, therefore, the structure is simple and the production cost can be suppressed low. By changing dimensions and material of the elastomer, the adjustment of operating pressure and the degree of opening the valve can be simply adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
