<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and apparatus for manufacturing a laser element which can inexpensively completely separate a laser bar and a spacer. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a laser element includes: an overlapping step of alternately overlapping a laser bar and a spacer; a film formation step of forming a dielectric film on the laser bar and the spacer; and a separation step of separating the laser bar and the spacer by allowing the laser bar and the spacer to slide relative to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
