PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in a conventional garbage treatment device using microorganism, since a heat energy is replenished by feeding to a decomposition tank, a hot air prepared by heating an outdoor air using a heater in order to keep the water content in the decomposition tank in an appropriate range, the consumption of electric power for heating drives up the running cost of the treatment device.
SOLUTION: The temporal transitions of the amounts of reaction materials and products, reaction heat amount in a decomposition process of a definite period in which a charged garbage is decomposed, and a water amount removed from a decomposition tank are estimated using the unification model of stoichiometry and thermofluid dynamics. The necessary amount of nutrients which can be decomposed by the microorganism to achieve a final water content for a given period of time is added considering the predicted value of the final water content for the period obtained therefrom. Thus, the final water content for the given period of time can be achieved using the reaction heat generated in the decomposition process by the microorganism instead of a heater power.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
