<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the antiseismic structure of a building and the building, capable of properly absorbing the quake of the building with a narrow load bearing wall. <P>SOLUTION: An antiseismic structure is provided with a lower floor column 21 having a pair of vertical members 31 and 32 and a plurality of antiseismic wire rods 34 and 35 arranged between the vertical members 31 and 32. The antiseismic wire rods 34 and 35 is provided with a first fixing part 53 and a second fixing part 54 to be fixed to the pair of vertical members 31 and 32, respectively. The first fixing part 53 is fixed to the one of the pair of vertical members 31 and 32 through a spacer 56, while the second fixing part 54 is directly fixed to the other one of the vertical members 31 and 32 without through the spacer 56. Oblique members 51 and 52 extending obliquely relative to the vertical members 31 and 32 are arranged between the first fixing part 53 and the second fixing part 54. The antiseismic wire rods 34 and 35 are provided with a flexural part 58 having a deformation area apart from the vertical members 31 and 32 by a spacer 56 in a region adjacent to the first fixing part 51, so as to absorb the stress through flexural deformation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
