<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolution evaluation chart for a fluorescence microscope which is capable of coping with a light source having a wide wavelength region and is continuously usable, and a method of manufacturing the chart. <P>SOLUTION: A resolution evaluation chart 11 for a fluorescence microscope includes: a substrate 12 which is optically smooth to illumination light of a fluorescence microscope; and a light-emitting part (area excluding non-emitting parts 14,16,18) having a two-dimensional structure which is formed on the substrate 12 and includes quantum dots which are excited by illumination light to emit light. The two-dimensional structure of the light-emitting part is formed by dispersing quantum dots over thermoplastic resin 13, coating the resin on the substrate 12, and thermally transferring the pattern of a mold 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
