<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker by which delicious boiled rice is cooked. <P>SOLUTION: This rice cooker includes: a vacuum container 6 formed with a vacuum layer 6h; an inner pot 2 stored inside the vacuum container 6; a heating coil 9 heating the inner pot 2; a temperature sensor 16 detecting a temperature of the bottom face of the inner pot 2; a control part 14 controlling power of the heating coil 9 based on information of the temperature sensor 16; an inner lid 4; and an outer lid 3. The outer lid 3 is provided with: an exhaust port 23; a pressure control valve 21 controlling the inside of the inner pot 2 to a prescribed pressure; a steam passage 24 leading steam discharged from the pressure control valve 21 to the exhaust port 23; and a boiling detection means 22 detecting the steam discharged from the pressure control valve 21, in the steam passage 24. When the boiling detection means 22 detects the steam after the pressure control is started by the pressure control valve 21, the control part 14 controls the power supplied to the heating coil 9 based on the information of the temperature sensor 16 to heat rice inside the inner pot 2 for 16-22 minutes in a state that the temperature of the rice is maintained in 102-107°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
