<p>A capstan device for winding braided wire in a braided wire manufacturing device which manufactures braided wire by braiding a plurality of wires. A capstan device is provided with a guide member, and a capstan roller which has a tapered outer peripheral surface and is provided with a flange section on the small-diameter-side end thereof. The guide member has: a first guide surface which is provided in a position, within the tapered outer peripheral surface, which is further toward the large-diameter side than the part which has the smallest diameter, and is provided along the axial direction of the capstan roller in a manner so as to face toward the large-diameter side of the roller; and a second guide surface which is provided on the outer peripheral side of the tapered outer peripheral surface and is provided in a manner so as to protrude more than the first guide surface.</p> |
