<p>Disclosed is a service interaction method, including: when meeting the service interaction condition, a front server located at the network side and currently providing a service running a service platform system; the front server currently providing a service determining a service route between itself with a client requesting a service; and the front server currently providing a service performing service interaction with the client requesting a service according to the service route. Also correspondingly disclosed are a service interaction device and system. In the present invention, a front server is provided between the serving platform and the client, and the front server is used to run a service platform to share the service load of the serving platform. Moreover, the main front server is determined using different network delays of various heterogeneous networks, which is helpful to improve the transmission efficiency of the service data, balance the network delay of each client, and improve fairness.</p> |
