<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow restrictor capable of preventing fluid leaked out from a slit hole bored in an existing pipe by the flow restrictor from flowing in a fluid pipe by entering around the flow restrictor, and the fluid pipe attached with the flow restrictor. <P>SOLUTION: When a flow passage of the fluid pipe 1 is shut off, the fluid leaked outside the fluid pipe 1 from the slit hole 1b is prevented from flowing in the fluid pipe 1 by entering around the flow restrictor 11 by including a sealing member 14 of covering the slit hole 1b in a sealing shape, and moreover, shutoff of the flow passage of the fluid pipe 1 and sealed-covering of the slit hole are simultaneously performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
