<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method of bio-related substances. <P>SOLUTION: The detection method of bio-related substances includes subjecting a polymer material, to which a molecule for detection of the bio-related substances is fixed, to PCR or a hybridization reaction using particles fragmented to an optional shape and size, wherein the particles contain bubbles, and are selected to surface or descend in a reaction liquid depending on the temperature and/or pressure condition at the PCR or hybridization reaction performed under a sealed environment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
