The system has a fabric surface (1) or tarpaulin stored at a stationary bearing at one side and connected with a traction cable (2). The traction cable is pre-tensioned by a weight part (9) such that constant traction force is exerted via a stroke. The constant traction force of 20 kg acts on the traction cable in run away of the traction cable and according to a detour over a stationary stored deflection roller (4) by the weight part attached at the traction cable. The weight is provided with the idle stroke such that the weight part stretches the traction cable over length of a train path.
