<p>The device has a bearing shaft (12) arranged in a bearing housing (10) transverse to a longitudinal stretch between the two positions of the shaft. A cam roller (14), in the former bearing shaft position, is rotated around or with the bearing shaft. The cam roller contacts a braking unit (16) in the latter bearing shaft position for stopping the rotation of the cam roller. The cam roller contacts the braking unit by a strained weight during the displacement of the bearing shaft. The cam roller is mounted on the bearing shaft in a rotating or rigid manner.</p>
