<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing device for a welding wire capable of smoothly performing draw-out of the welding wire. <P>SOLUTION: The housing device 30 includes: a pail container 32 which is cylindrically formed and houses therein a wire stack S configured to stack a welding wire W in a loop; and a press plate 34 mounted on a top of the wire stack S. The press plate 34 has a circular draw-out opening 38 formed to draw the welding wire W out and includes a protrusion 40 protruded downward from an entire circumference of the opening edge of the draw-out opening 38. The ratio of the diameter of the draw-out opening 38 to the inner diameter m of the wire stack S is set in a range of 0.2 or more and less than 1.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
