<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor which improves the strength and the humidity resistance and effectively prevents the occurrence of cracks due to thermal shock. <P>SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes: a laminate block 4 formed by alternately laminating ceramic dielectric layers 2 and internal electrodes 3; a pair of cover layers 5 laminated above and below the laminate block 4; a ceramic body 6 formed on both side surfaces of the laminate block 4; and a pair of external electrodes electrically connecting with the internal electrodes 3. The average particle size of each ceramic dielectric particle forming the ceramic body 6 is smaller than the average particle size of each ceramic dielectric particle forming the ceramic dielectric layer 2 included in the laminate block 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
