<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe elevator device while reducing power for driving the elevator device. <P>SOLUTION: A counterweight is constituted of a weight 1a which is always mounted (herein after, described as a fixed counterweight) and a weight 2a for weight adjustment (herein after, described as a weight adjusting counterweight). For the attachment and detachment work of the weight adjusting weight 2a, a jack head 11a is lifted from a standby position 10b to a specific working position 10a by a jack 11b on a jack stand 15 disposed at a bottom in the lift path of the elevator device; and then the weight of the fixed counterweight 1a and the weight adjusting counterweight 2a are supported; and the weight which is enforcing fixation pins (three different shapes of pins 7g, 8g or 9g) fixing each weight disappears, consequently enabling the attachment and detachment. Accordingly, a device, which is operated by pressure of liquid or gas, or operated by a magnetic or electric servomotor, is used for operating the fixation pins all together and thereby the adjustment of the number of weight adjusting counterweights can be singularly performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
