<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce overall assembling space of a device without changing operation trajectory area of a decoration member, while showing various performances. <P>SOLUTION: The banner Yakumono device 300 is configured so that an upper rack gear 312 and a lower rack gear 314 are linearly reciprocated by forward rotation and backward rotation of a single motor 306, and six gears 330 are arranged in line and rotated in the same direction. The biasing direction of a banner 302 is reversed to a target position in the middle of operation. Three pairs of banners 302 are moved between a performance position and a retreat position so that the former operation does not overlap the latter operation. Since the banner which has arrived at the performance position or retreat position first is energized and held at that position by a tensile coil spring 342, the load on the motor 306 is further reduced.
