<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure reliability on adhesive properties of an ACF stuck to a display substrate or a member to be mounted which is to be mounted on the display substrate. <P>SOLUTION: An FPD module assembly device includes: an ACF sticking part 230 for sticking an ACF to a member to be mounted which is to be mounted on a display substrate; and a time recognition device 600 for recognizing the time elapsed from sticking of the ACF to the display substrate or the member to be mounted which is to be mounted on the display substrate.
