<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed letter forming apparatus in which a sealed letter of an error-occurred article (combination of an envelope sheet and a content sheet) is made recognizable as a sealed letter to be checked, and the content of the sealed letter to be checked is made checkable, thereby preventing mistake such as erroneous dispatch. <P>SOLUTION: The sealed letter forming apparatus 1 includes: sheet feed units P1 to P4 which house envelope sheets 100 to be envelopes and content sheets 50 to be contents; a printing unit 2 which prints respective sheets 100, 50 fed from the sheet feed units P1 to P4; and an enclosing and sealing unit 3 which folds, encloses and seals respective sheets 100, 50 printed by the printing unit 2. The sealed letter forming apparatus performs sealed letter forming processing on each article (the combination of the envelope sheets 100 and the content sheets 50), and further includes a control unit 90 which controls the enclosing and sealing unit 3 to stop the sealed letter forming processing when an error related to the envelope sheet 100 or the content sheet 50 in an n-th article occurs, and to perform the sealed letter forming processing without sealing a sealed letter of the n-th article as a sealed letter to be checked by a user when the error is canceled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
