<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film handling device, which gives a stable tension state of the film while maintaining an installation space reduced by a friction shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The film handling device includes: an unwinding shaft 18 capable of supporting plural rows of cold foils C; and a first dancer roller 27a and a second dancer roller 27b for adding tension to cold foils C fed from an unwinding reel 19 in two steps. The unwinding shaft 18 is constituted as a friction shaft supporting a cold foil C and enabling the rotation of the unwinding reel 19 to the unwinding shaft 18. The first dancer roller 27a and the second dancer roller 27b include: dancer rollers 23, 24, and 25 which are supported to be capable of moving (swinging) and to which the cold foils are wound; compression springs 43a, 43b (44a, 44b) for adding force to the dancer rollers against the tension of the cold foils C; and an air cylinder 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
