The intercom device 2 includes a first communication unit 24 for carrying out communication with the charging control device 1, and a first control unit 21 for transmitting a control signal for controlling the operation of the in-vehicle device from the first communication unit 24 to the charging control device 1. The charging control device 1 includes a second communication unit 12 for carrying out communication with the intercom device 2 or the in-vehicle device, and a second control unit 11 for transmitting the control signal from the second communication unit 12 to the in-vehicle device.
