<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white organic electroluminescent element which can suppress degradation in color rendering property and improve skin color desirability index PS of a Japanese female. <P>SOLUTION: A luminous layer 14 has at least one of luminescence peaks in a blue region, a green region and a red region respectively.
