Disclosed are a service communication method, device, and system. When a server needs to communicate with a UE, a trigger request is transmitted through the server to the target UE to trigger the temporary IP allocation for the UE, the temporary bearing between the UE and the server, or the establishment of other data connections, thereby enabling temporary communication between the server and the UE. During most of the period when the server and the UE are not in communication, the UE does not have a dedicated IP address, bearing, or other data connections, thereby effectively conserving network cost.
