PURPOSE: A magnetic bearing motor system and a fluid pump using the same are provided to make one shaft control of a motor system possible by applying passive type and active type magnetic bearing together, thereby reducing the system complexity and improving the reliability and stability of a system. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic bearing motor system comprises an internal-rotation type motor(120), an impeller unit(130), and a first magnetic bearing(150). A rotator(126) is rotated in the inside of a stator(122) of the internal-rotation type motor. The impeller unit is arranged in the outside of an axial direction of the internal-rotation type motor. The impeller unit is connected to one end of the rotator, thereby being rotated. The first magnetic bearing controls the displacement to an axial direction of the rotator and impeller unit by magnetically levitating the impeller unit to the axial direction by using an active magnetic bearing generating and controlling magnetic levitation force by using an electromagnet.
