PURPOSE: A reformer fuel cell system and an operating system thereof are provided to be operated under very quick and large load change of a fuel cell and to be thermally operated through a non-critical method. CONSTITUTION: An operating method of a reformer fuel cell system(15) comprises a step of supplying at least a part of reformate to a first and second gas separators(40,55); and a step of separating fuel gas to outside the reformate of a regenerator(20) and putting into a fuel cell(25). The fuel separated by the first gas separator is supplied to a storage device(80) before supplied to the fuel cell in first case and in the other cases, fuel supply to the storage device is stopped or reduced. The fuel separated by the second gas separator is applied in order to constant supply to the fuel cell. |
