<p>PURPOSE: A control device of a communication control device for a vehicle and the manipulation method thereof are provided to control utilities in a vehicle easily by using a touch pad detecting the motion of fingers. CONSTITUTION: A control device(200) of a communication control device for a vehicle comprises a touch pad part(210), a display control part(220), and a display part(240). The touch pad part is contacted with the finger of a driver. The touch pad part detects the number of contacted fingers and the motion pattern of the detected fingers. The display control part receives control signals following the motion pattern of fingers. The display part outputs display following the control of the display control part.
