PURPOSE: A reflection preventing film, a polarizing plate thereof, and a liquid crystal display device thereof are provided to enlarge a view angle and prevent contrast degradation, gradation, and a white and black reversal caused by temporal variation. CONSTITUTION: A reflection preventing film(10) includes a transparent support(1), a hard coat layer(2A), and a low refraction rate layer(3). The hard coat layer includes a transparent particle(4A) giving an internal scattering property. The low refraction rate layer is additionally laminated on an outmost layer. |
