PURPOSE: A manual release for a pyrotechnical actuator is provided to be operated in a system failure state without the change of a fire extinguisher design. CONSTITUTION: A manual release for a pyrotechnical actuator comprises a structure, a piezoelectric cell, a container(22), and a mechanical device. The structure is formed with a first chamber with an explosive device. The piezoelectric cell generates electric output. The container contacts the structure. The mechanical device is placed near the piezoelectric cell to generate mechanical force in the piezoelectric cell.
