<p>PURPOSE: A post-cam structure of an artificial knee joint is provided to prevent dislocation of a joint without extending or tilting a post. CONSTITUTION: A post-cam structure of an artificial knee joint comprises a bearing member(100) corresponding to meniscus placed between femur and tibia bone, a post(130) which is formed in the bearing member and can replace rear cruciate ligament, a femur combining member(200) which is combined with the lower end of femur, and a cam(230) which is formed to go in gear with the post.</p> |
